Several calls have been made to me recently using the 0042 code. I have not answered the calls and Google suggests these are fictitious numbers used by scammers.

Fraud This number was given to a very vulnerable elderly friend of mine for her to confirm a transaction on her debit card. Fortunately her bank did not sanction the transaction. The number is for a hotel in Vietnam!

Called me claiming to be informing me of important changes to my timeshare agreement - I have never had a TS.
I have also been rung on my mobile for the last 5 days ... I answered it once and they hung up ... I have just blocked the number ... what is the point?
