This is an organised fraud from Vietnam. They will ask you to download a quick report app from your phone’s apps store which enables them to have a remote access to your phone. So be warned

SCAM Pretended to be Sky. Sounded like Indian call centre. Didn't verify my name or anything but said there was a problem with my router and I had to use a pc or laptop. It was a woman at first, then I was passed on to a man and possibly a third man. The woman asked about red or green lights on my router. There are none.
