In the case of this number they left no message, no idea who is behind it? People please did someone answer it? It seems that this number is associated with on-line scammers purporting to be from Microsoft in Reading. Um, a Glasgow number in reading, I don't think so! They become very abusive when contradicted or challenged. The latest representative called into question my lineage and suggested that I performed carnal acts with my mother. Looks like an attempted scam, pretending to be from OpenReach. spun some line about "slow internet speed" but wants access to "configure your router" and other details about your home computer/laptop. Strong Indian accent, highly suspicious. They hung up when I said I would access my router and check the config data myself rather than "let them configure it (remotely)"
