The call was from Smart Employee Eye Care. This made sense as I had just requested an Eye care voucher through work.
MIL collections, incredibly helpful got my account back up to date and out of debt... thank you guys (ryan)

Fraud - Rang pretending to be Starling Bank. Wanted me to open app to approve a large transaction. Was abused when I said I’m going to call directly. Posh London accent.
