Phoned today. Rang off when they heard my answerphone. No message. Supposedly a landline in Oxford. Don't know anyone in Oxford. Assume neutral e.g. wrong number unless anyone knows different.
Called yesterday but I didn't pick up. Called again today, I picked up, I heard breathing, I said "hello", the person (seems to be a guy) just hung up.
