First call came while i was at a friends and the first part of the conversation related to a recent minor motoring incident, as i haven t been involved in any form of collision for more than 14 years now i asked who he was and told him i have had no involvement in any kind of "incident" and put the phone down. the next morning at 10:20 the same number called again but this time the line was just quiet and after several hellos, after getting no response i hung up. that was 15 minutes ago now, I ll update s
