this call said to be from visa to authorise payment. nDid not say the name of the person who has the visa account, so treated as a scam. nDo NOT press to speak
Definite scam. Message says your BT account is compromised or has illegal activity or something - cant remember exactly - and will be terminated unless sorted immediately. Tells you to press 1 to continue (Don't!).
Kept calling my mobile so I politely asked to be removed from their list as the number of times they called (including late in the evening) was tantamount to harassment. Stopped for a while, but it s started up again & even though the number is blocked I can see how often they call.
SCAM A man (Indian accent) asking if I had a recent car accident; I answered "no". Then he asked if any of my family or friends had a recent car accident; I answered "no". Then he put the telephone down.
