SCAM Didn’t answer so an automated America. voice left a message saying county court house would begin legal proceedings unless I called back. Clearly another scam designed to scare people.

Indian man called. He asked for my wife by name. I asked who was calling. He said ICICI Bank. I then asked why he was calling and what it was about. He said an account was coming to an end and did she want to renew and discuss details. - Knew it must be a scam so said no and hung up.

My broadband/TV Box price has now been frozen by them for 18 next months, (EE previously sent me warning it would be going up at end of contract date) and a free upgrade to super-fast broadband, from fast. Automated call to say that there had been fraudulent activity on our bank account. Then gave 2 amounts. £250 and £1000. (or so).from Amazon. We have had 3 similar calls in the last 3 days. All from different numbers. No money has gone from our account and no bank name was given and therefore I presume that it was a scam.
