Answered call but person did not speak and hung up. Could hear in background noise as if from call centre. Rang back and very helpfully my GSM network provider blocked call with a message saying check you are authorised to call this number.
Repeatedly calling – despite my requests not to call me and take me off their ‘list’: Male introduces himself as from a financial services company saying: you recently asked for some information on the possibility of investing with a return of 42%... has my full name and Hotmail address. When I remind him that we have spoken etc, he claims that I must have specifically requested to have someone call me – as it’s such a great investment opportunity etc.
