This call was voice activated by my "hello" response and a recorded messages started playing, saying, "This is an alert call" whereupon I hung up. WHO CALLED ME state it came from Russia. There is no reason for them to call a UK business number. It is therefore obviously a threat or scam of some sorts and follows a few we have been having recently. Suggest you block this number if you can.
07796994500 is some poor sod who has got themselves hooked up with a scammer, and is thus trapped into making nuisance cold calls to the innocent general public like us. Just hang up.
