Appeared plausible and had some detailed info on my account transactions, however, when calling the number on back of my card, they said they had no record of a call from RBS. Suspect they were trying to obtain additional information to also obtain on line banking log in.

Guy called Reiss had all my details wanted to send me forms to fill in on PPI that they were sure I was owed and didn't even know about it. I declined asked them to stop calling to take me off any lists I have prev blocked these calls. Very insistent said I must have had some dealing with bank , finance, insurance where I've been paying hidden charges and I would be stupid not to let them deal with it as it wouldn't cost me a penny???? Told him I must be stupid & goodbye!

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 16181895xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Accident Department, Microsoft rep, MCM Solicitors from Manchester, road traffic accident, PPI... Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
