This was a call from the HSBC fraud team. I called the HSBC customer help line form the number on the rear of my card and they confirmed it was their fraud team.

This number appeared on warning that a Trojan virus was on our computer. I phoned it and felt it was a "bad" number when owner answered. I have since had a dodgy phone call to my mobile.
