It s Bolton Hospital, (Lancashire, England). They hang up the call if they can t speak to somebody over the telephone - rather than leave a message - due to the personal/privacy nature of health-related calls.

Called to offer financial advise for something i may have subscribed to years ago (they could not specifiy what this may have been). When I said I was not interested and requested that my details were completely removed from their database as per GDPR legislation allows me to do I was told "I will try". At which point I requested to speak to a supervisor/manager to ensure that it happened. I was then shouted at and accused of wasting the callers time. Very classy whoever this company is...
