This is linked to an scam reported in 2018, Denis Grey is not calling from the HMRC about a time sensitive issue. It is foreign scammers trying to get money from you. Delete the call and block the number.

Smart Alec who lies, saying he spoke to another member of staff last week who didn t know much (back handed compliment) Trying to sell I.T. programs and associated bits. Just mention the Telephone Preference Scheme and the half million pounds fine if he continues. It works.
Called 4 times in last 4 days at roughly same time 5 pm - marketing call.
