Advised calling from Total Energy saying they are our supplier for a location we haven't been in since 2010. At the end when he just wasn't getting it he told me to f*** off. I have been patient and tried to steer them right many times before, but not again. Normally they just hang up which is rude enough, but to get that at the end of a 5min call I took the time to take, absolutely disgusting.

My son answered the phone and passed it to me. A voice clearly stated who they were and that I was being recorded. I asked where they got my number from (as its a brand new line and I have not given it to anyone at all!)They said I was on there system as I was a customer of there s. I said I wasn t and they said I had bought an indosit washing machine. My washing machine is 8 years old and not and indosit!!! Keep getting calls and spoof texts, they claim to be Scottish Power but they are not. They tell me my number is linked o a SP account but I rang SP from their website number and they have advised me there is no account with my number. I cannot make them stop so having to change my number. It been happening for months but I ignored them until it ramped up to daily.

I rang Aberdeen Porsche Centre about a second hand car they had for sale, unknown and without my consent, they have passed my details on to an "Independent Review Provider" who rang me today from this number saying they were "calling from Aberdeen Porsche Centre" for some feedback regarding my enquiry with them. Disgraceful how companies are able to pass on personal mobile numbers to a third party without any consent.

They collect on all gov debt. Pretty rude company and very unorganised however they are legitimate. If you deal with them make sure you keep records of the conversations as they may lose information and forget conversations had, even if they call you a hour after you have called them
