Recorded message inviting me to press button 1 as my BT broadband had been hacked. Rubbish! I didn't bother pressing button 1. Seems a coincidence that a similar number ending 519 leaves messages that the Amazon Prime account has expired.

When I answered called me by first name. Said it was about my life insurance review that is due. Said I didn t want to discuss by phone. Became aggressive towards me asking why. Said I don t discuss things like that by phone and did not think they were professional to call me by first name. He then stroppily said my surname. Total harassing call. Hope they ring me again so I can tell them what I have now read on here!
