I am the first to comment but I notice I m the 176th person who has tried to find out of this is a dodgy scam/marketing call. I would say the chances are quite high that it is. Let your telephone do the work. If there is no voicemail left then there is no urgency to speak with them!

Just got a call with caller ID coming up as International but apparently calling from London.. Be aware! Saying that my computer is running lots of issues when connecting to Internet and can damage my system.
