Very rude, apparently calling from people s choice . Didn t even explain what he was calling for, and when I said I wasn t interested, he said interested in what I said we ll why don t you tell em to which he rudely responded and hung up - where on earth did he get my landline number from?? We are ex directory. And yes the caller was definitely from India.

Margaret from the (tax) reclaims department called from 02032395382 to my landline. She informed me I was due ?4225 to cover the various taxes I had paid and asked how I should like to receive it. I suggested a cheque would be the safest way and she told me the cheque number was 934158 and could be drawn on within 20 minutes of paying into my bank - she then quoted a bank I have not used for many years. Next was a confirmation of my Post Code, the initial letter was incorrect and has been mis-quoted on the

Got a voicemail from a different number with a creepy woman's voice saying she is Denise Grey from Customs and telling me I must call this number or "be prepared to face the legal consequences. Goodbye." The message was creepy as if from a Black Mirror episode, so I very much believe this is some sort of scam.
