If you receive calls from 01268 578577, do not trust them..they are a third party company who buys YOUR personal information from another company then calls you saying your due your t-mobile renewal and the only information they may have about you is your name then they feed the rest of the information out of you by asking you to go through security questions and they try and rip you off with a crap phone and plan so they earn commision and the company earns money from YOU when you could of got it cheaper a
Hope this helps. I sent a letter of complaint to David Rushton the company director who agreed in writing to pay my full deposit back by October. This hasn t happened so I have contacted my credit card company who are working on this. Also you can complain to the legal ombudsmen www.legalombudsman.org.uk or call 0300 555 0333. Good luck!

Company claiming to be called Consumer Advisory Group. Nothing comes up on a Google search. Assuming they are data harvesting. So have blocked the number.
