I skyped back a couple of times to try to hear the company name with which they introduce themselves. They change it each time but it includes the phrase "computer security" after a garbled name. They no longer answer - just call centre sounds in the background. I don t think they like to receive repetetive silent calls. Isn t that sad?

Called one of our TPS registered lines, a moment or two after we had just got rid of an identical caller calling from 02081333432. They were again asking for the same person, who s name they appeared to have scraped from our website. Told that we wanted them to remove us from their call lists and stop calling us. they called me on my mobile - which I never give out - so am so very curious there... and it looks like other sites too are confirming they are ringing re PPI. I did not answer it. maybe some day when I am bored (and on good form for an arguement) I will answer... and let you all know how it went.

Caller called me and said, Are you Mr Hero? I said : Yes Caller disconnect the phone I tried calling on the same number, the number being not reconnized

Calling to offer better deal to try and stop me using PAC code. Significantly better offers than available online. Smooth process, no hard sell, scheduled a call back to allow me to research alternatives. Called back as agreed and set up the offers mentioned quickly and easily.
