A. Very arrogant and persistent guy telling me that my warranty on my boiler had expired and wanted me to extend it. This was surprising as my boiler was some 10 years old and any warranty would have ran out long ago. He still persisted with his argument for extending the warranty and I had to tell him to piss off and hung up. However, he tried phoning back - Just ignored it.

Man called ‘joseph’ Called my nana up telling her that her boiler warranty was ending and they needed to renew. Sadly my nana gave them her bank details. When I told her it could possibly be a scam, she rang back up and got through to customer services , where a lady answers, she says she will immediately cancel her order and take her number off their lists but i fear it’s already too late for that! Definitely a scam!!! Beware!!

He couldn't tell me anything about my boiler, had no identifying information apart from a name and address (which is easily available from anywhere nowadays). Wanted to Charge 199.98 to cover for a year and that was with over 60's discount. Good job I found this site and you wonderful people who reported this number. Thanks
