This number called twice today 10/04/15 and left no message . I called back on the 2nd time and got a recording . It shows as coming from Liverpool . Now black listed and bared just for the rudeness if nothing else .

Indian call centre person (could hear others in the background trying to scam others), claiming to be from the Utilities Department. Told him I knew he was a scammer as there is no such thing as the Utilities Department. He hung up and I blocked the number. They also use 0161 669 0643 and 0640. Seems they have purchased quite a few numbers to scam people.
