on 22 june the above number 0161 8735544 rang my son and said that an amount of ?1500.00 was waiting to be claimed fir whiplash for a accident he had in 2009 foulishly he gave them details including his mobile phone number and said they will ring him on monday 25th june to follow this up. Called a few minutes ago, second time today, asked for accounts department, unfortunately no one was here to deal with accounts. Asked them if they would leave a message but was told they just needed to check an account balance. No more information given, not even a company name. Needless to say if they were a reputable company they would be forthcoming with info. Unfortunately for them, now, no one in the accounts department will be available for quite some time..
