Same as above. A myriad of numbers called all day. One i called back and as stated HMRC...asking to call back...press 1 etc...gov.uk website clearly states a scam do not get sucked in..

I was called by this number and after a couple of rings, the call stopped. I telephoned back and it was answered by a male person with a Liverpool accent. I asked their name and what they do for work and they said that their name was Jerry and they were a warehouse worker. I advised that they had called me but they strongly said they did not. I believe this was a SPOOFING SCAM. I would advise anyone who receives anything like this to be on your guard and not give ANY personal information away .... not

Phone rang at 5:50pm and when I answered it no reply. Then suddenly a pre-recorded female voice said "Goodbye". Rang back and another pre-recorded message says "This was not an important call we ll ring again". Oh no they won t I ve just added it to my phone s barred numbers memory! :-)

Number keeps calling but not leaving a message. Upon calling back on a private line, there is no answer.
