They are saying they are from BT, however the following is true (as I worked for BT for 36 years). 1 - BT do not ring you on a mobile number (unless and engineer has an appointment at your house that you know about). 2 - The phone is registered to Vodaphone, BT do not use any other networks for their own use. 3 - He could not give me my BT account number. 4 - He said he was from Millenium City London, this mobile number is located in Manchester! Called immediately asking me how many loans, credit cards I had and how many I d made payments on in the last 12 months, didn t introduce themselves nothing but had my name and tried to act as if it was a personal call, blocked their number now.
I have just received yet another call from this number When I answer I say nothing, a call centre sound comes on and when I say nothing the line goes dead
