Sounded like they wanted something. Unsure what.
Told them I was registered on TPS - she told me oh we are having problems with this how long ago did you register - I told her under no circumstances should they call me and she slammed phone down on me. Tried to call them back but get repeated answer message saying you can stop calls but is just repeating message
Fraud - Caller claimed to be from Virgin Media looking to offer a refund due to internet problems. This caller will ask you to install software (keylogger and screen viewer) on your computer and for you to log in to your bank account while they watch.

The number 01992 282 489 has been calling my mobile phone non-stop for weeks, often several times a day and even several times within a few minutes, even when I was seriously ill in hospital with a blood clot. I had a call from “John Martin” from BT technical support team. I didn’t know whether to believe him or not. He asked me to do a speed check on my router, which I did through Speedtest. He then asked me to enter a website in to my phone which I refused to do then he hung up on me. Suspicious.
