Called to ask if I was in an accident or not
I have been getting nuisance calls from The Money Group for about a year now, it is getting to the point of harrassment. The calls are normally from 01423 which I believe is in Harrogate. However, I have now started to get them from 01989 numbers in Ross on Wye. No matter how much I ignore the numbers I get about 6 or 7 calls per day. This is apparently a genuine number for FedEx but it's been hi-jacked by a 'BT' scammer using a recorded message saying they've monitored suspicious activity. I cut the call then tried to dial 1471 but the line was still engaged and I had to try a couple more times before it cleared.

I asked for an email to confirm it was Microsoft but he reassured me it was and trust him he has details of my computer security number, we went round incircles a bit, then I put the phone down. 10secons later he called back asking why I put the phone down as I new he was genuine but called me from a different number02088884827.
