Cold caller about an accident I ve had....I ve not had an accident and asked them to take my number off the list but they swore and put the phone down.
I just received a call off this number I am on a pre payment deal of just over £60 a fortnight, payment was due today and I always pay online.... But for some reason this Indian guy was trying to put pressure on me to pay over the phone with card details saying I would occur extra charges, he was very intimidating and refused to give his name till I asked about 8 times then I couldn t understand what he was saying.... To cut a medium story short the caller muttered something about calling me back, he failed to end the call / mute his mic as he told me to f*ck off. This number is used to scam people out if money on Whats App. It will pretend to be a family member and ask you to talk on What’s App only and then ask to lend money for Christmas presents because they have been locked out of their banking app. Always ask for information that will verify that you are actually talking to your family member or they will play a clever game and scam you out if your cash.
