Not a clue who this was, the call rang for about 5 rings then cut off just before I could answer. No voicemail left. Tried to return the call but recorded message telling me the number was invalid. Potentially a scam as lots of numbers using 0203 numbers to appear as a London number.

There are some dodgy people going around London fixing stickers to peoples doorbells and front doors that say "24/7 LOCKSMITH 07379 253 353". There have been news reports that these type of stickers are used by criminals to identify which properties can later be burgled. Fake call, pretends to be Tsb. Phishing scam to try and get you to disclose debit cards details. Think it ties into a similar fake verified by Visa screen that's going about that asks for card details, which verify by visa never should. Take care.
