To stop this they needed details of all the devices I had currently connected to my broadband. At this point I ended the call and phoned Sky for myself. They told me that nobody had phoned me from Sky, there were no problems with my broadband and that the company who called me were trying to get details of my devices so they could hack them for bank details etc.
