Call from "CCN" apparently my details passed by MIB. Could not answer how or why my details were passed nor what the alleged "incident" related to or when it supposedly occurred. When I repeatedly asked for clarification, and said that if they could not answer my questions they should remove my details and never contact me again, they hung up. Basically scam/opportunistic cold call

I answered and the caller said nothing so I said nothing. I take the position that if they call me they obviously have something to say to me so I wait for them to speak. After 6 seconds of office noise they hung up. No idea who they are or what they wanted.
Had a text from this number claiming to be Halifax. I am a customer but have only just got this phone so they could not possibly know to contact me. Definitely seems to be a scam.

Ask politely for a refound and she will issue a check by post. You can find these info on the companies house website on gov.uk. It's interesting that she's almost 2 years late with Annual reports and the companies house almost dissolved the company on June '16 . Hope this scam to end as soon as possible

Keep calling using new numbers. Have told them on repeated calls to remove my number from database. Number gained through a solar inquiry 4 years ago. have now imformed them if company rings again I will invoice company £100 plus VAT for each call they make to me. I will then take them to small claims court if they do not pay.

They continually call and ask for Dale. So I string them along and waste their time i.e. today they got all excited when I went I said yes Im Dale, gave full details of (a made up ) accident. They said they could make the claim for me then finally asked what my injury was. Called ended when I revealed I had broken a finger nail!

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Do not call them back whoever it is - you will pay for it. Tell me why companies still use payed lines for telemarketing (some other reason than scam?)... Did someone answer any number of this range or this one? Maybe this is some good number, but left no message, no way I would call back...
