These people are definitely dodgy. The phone rings and a woman tells me it’s about my washing machine and there’s nothing to worry about. I asked the name of her company. She said it was ‘Cover Group UK.’ She said that the cover on my washing machine has just run out. I said that that I thought it was insured. Then she changed her story slightly by saying that warranty has run out (The warranty ran out over a decade ago). I pointed out that that’s irrelevant because I’m insured. She hung up on me.
We've received several calls from this number. They always hang up as soon as the phone is answered. Occasionally can hear call centre noise in the background. A complete nuisance.

Asian lady asked for my son and then told me she was from the council wanting to talk to my son and knew his name. Would not talk to me and said she would call him later. Very odd.
Called me 3 times within one hour so answered thinking it was someone important, it wasn't, blocked.
Recieved a call from this number , did not leave a message . Number originates in Cromer UK . I do not know anybody in Cròmer . Be careful
