Its a genuine debt collection agency. After checking on here and seeing everyone saying scam I thought I d check with HMRC first. I knew I owed the money so after checking they were genuine I phoned them. I knew I couldn t pay the full amount so I offered £50 a month and they were happy with that, they didn t try bullying tactics or anything. They re not the boogeyman.
