I am on a telephone preference but this one got through all I got was I am speaking on behalf of and then the phone went dead

I have received four calls from this number, the caller claims he is from Norfolk Solar Panels and as you say the number is not recognised when redialled.

Called me and hung up immediately the ansaphone cut in. Tried calling them back but got a message that the number dialled had not been recognised. I suspect that it s a Skype type call from a foreign country - they usually come up with a number that looks like a uk STD code but could be from anywhere in the world.
