This company reported to be Heating Services, claims to act on behalf of British Gas Homecare and deals with all their support services. They rang to say they are reducing the cost of my homecare cover and including plumbing and electricity repairs. All I need to do is amend my Direct Debit. This is a company scamming customers as they had all me details.

SCAM robo call saying that there has been possible fraudulent activity on my bank account. When I questioned them they refused to say what bank they were, and that they were the 'fraud department'. They got angry so I called them out as the scammer they are and according to the scammer all UK people are idiots. Have reported it to action fraud.

recorded message saying my VISA had been used fraudulently with a payment of £400 to Amazon and £700 to Wester Union and as I had never used Western Union it was suspicious and to press one to talk to someone. Called this morning. I do not know anyone in Leeds. Caller was a woman with an (Indian?) accent. Caller told me that I needed debt. A weird call, caller did not use my name, identify herself or tell me why I needed debt.

Received a call from this number stating that its visa card fraud prevention. Lady asked if i want to authorize or cancel Amazon purchase of a gift card £300.00 She asked about BOB and Full name but when I asked to give me my name she said that she approves the purchase because i refused to give my name and hanged up. Was contacted on WhatsApp by this number, two messages at 0:10 on April 1st, then a call at 10:10. I asked if I knew them, they claimed that I had given them a tattoo on their hair in the last seven days, which was not true as I don’t do tattoos! Told them they had a wrong number, to which they demanded I keep talking and started asking if I was a doctor, at which point I blocked the number.
