Called, said they were from our bank. Said there were two withdrawals of substantial amounts that seemed out of character for us. Then said they needed to go through security questions. I hung up, called the bank and it's another scam.

Rang off as soon as the realised they were rumbled and I was running reverse tracing on them. South African IP and call number spoofing. Call several times, over two day. Answer service activated with no message left just the sound of a call handling agency. Reason to believe call is not legit.
SCAM This is a proper scam. They are pretending to be ee and they are trying to give you an update. They knew some bits about me when they called but I got suspicious when they started asking for bank details. They changed my account password and ordered an iPhone 14. I called ee straight after I spoke to them as I was suspicious. It turns out they even changed my email as I couldn’t access my account anymore!!!!!!!
