Absolutely no idea why Vodafone are calling me...I'm with EE....but I had several calls from this number over a few weeks; all were declined as I don't answer unknown numbers. Got my phone bill today and have apparently been charged for sending photo messages to this number, which is absolutely impossible!!! Will be contacting EE tomorrow...

Said it was a return number to contact PayPal on a suspicious email. It is not the number for PayPal given on their website. The number on their website is a landline number not a mobile number.

This was a call about life insurance, and could save £1000 of the policy. They couldn't tell me who my policy was with, or the policy number and had the incorrect post code, so I played along with them, requesting that they give me those details first. They then changed their story and said it was a survey and asked again who my policy was with, and so it went on and on and they gave up. Number blocked from future calls, but that won't work as they have dozens of numbers. Always a woman of foreign descent.

SCAM - from 07773 212931 - claimed £900 had been paid for online purchase from my visa debit card. Automated message starting “dear customer”. Told me to press 1 for fraud line to stop payment.

Received a call from this number claiming to be Microsoft saying that they've detected a problem with my computer and asked if I can switch on my computer. I refused and challenged them; caller eventually put me onto their "supervisor" and he asked me if I understood the nature of this call from Microsoft today but I told him that I didn't believe he was and he said "OK then f**k off" and I replied "Likewise" and hung up. Got a text saying to call due to fraud on a NatWest account. I don’t have a NatWest account!

People find it hard to stay committed again. It’s becoming a difficult thing. Getting information & data you need is quite not a big deal. Sometimes the truth needs to be unveiled by whatsoever means necessary. I was called by this number at 08:18 this morning by someone claiming to be "Amazon Prime" (recorded message) and invited to be transferred to cancel a subscription ('press 1'). The person then asked for my details and, when questioned, told me that it is not possible to contact Amazon directly or my bank over this. The conversation stank so I discontinued the call.
