Fraud Called today and they had hacked my mobile accounts, changed account names, passwords, mothers maiden name etc. Called O2 who confirmed hacking. Avoid!!! SCAM

Well, they phoned earlier and a recorded message informed me, that it was my banks security department, which it obviously wasn't, the number trace showed a call the Russian Federation, RED FLAG. She said, Somebody has accesed your account and made a £600 purchase fron Amazon and a £2,000 transfer to an international account, RED FLAG I politely told her to stop trying t scam people and she immediately hang up, basically, our phone providers should block these calls, as we are paying to receive them!

Claimed to offer a discount on my monthly bills I asked whether this was a discount on all my bills and he hung up

SCAM Definitely used for call pretending to be from BT about broadband and IP address. Checked with BT and they hadn’t called.

SCAM. Claiming to be calling from Sky. Had a very pronounced Asian accent and claimed to be named Jackie Wilson! When challenged she hung up.

Amazon scam saying you have bought items that you have not. If you try to report that they have it wrong they get your details that can get them access to your bank account, and hence all the money you have in it.

SCAM claiming to be Debt collectors, rung on six occasions, last call very aggressive and threatening staff by some bloke with Scottish accent ( weather real or not ) claiming the be the boss and we had had enough chances to clear the debt which was for £4700.00 plus £950.00 for their expenses We are a funeral Directors and the idea was they told us because the nature of our business they didn’t want to call and was hoping that it could be settled over the phone. the person claims to be from British Gas or another energy provider saying his name is either Peter or Jay he is pushy and aggressice keeps calling demanding to speak to a manager when you refuse he keeps calling and is rude and wont take no for answer especially when you state you dont wnat his business now blocked numbers from his mobile and this number, avoid at all costs as he will keep calling i had 25 calls in less than 4 minutes, after telling him i am going with another energy provider!

Fraud Caller says they are from the fraud department of your credit card. They then say they are checking on a suspicious transaction which is bogus of course. They say they will block the account but only once they email you a one time pass code which they want read back to them. It’s a scam and was confirmed by the genuine fraud department once I called them.

The number 01736 735261 called me about 10.30am 28/06/23 and it was a recorded message from an International Banking service stating I had made a payment of £300 to Amazon and £1100 to another provider. Told me to press 1 if correct and 2 to speak with an adviser. Pressed 2 and answered by "This is Officer Stephen, how can I help". When I asked which organisation he represented the phone went dead.

Call received at 12.56 05 05 2023. On my Ex directory landline? I answered 'hello' that was immediately followed by 'a recorded message'? about banking security being breached (that's all) - but then they hung up. Number now blocked. Suggest call treated as 'Dangerous'!

Called by this number giving the usual "your debit card has been debited by £900" routine-definitely a scam.

Foreign sounding pre-recorded message about a substantial VISA debitcard transaction. Obvious scam - messages from banks, etc do not usually start "Dear Customer". Use of an apparently local number is clearly an attempt to give it some credibility.
