Long silence then automated female voice said "This call is from the Talktalk Technical Department to inform you that your internet connection will be cut off.....press 1 to remain connected or 2 to be cut off." This represents a new tactic in scumbag cold call companies operation. They employ “home workers” and install call routing equipment into their operators houses. That way the caller ID is of the home worker and much more difficult for blocking software to identify. This call was from a company claiming that my wife was involved in a no fault accident two years ago and was entitled to compensation. My wife has been dead for 8 years. They got told to F off.
