Both these factors made me suspicious together with the 0345 prefix . web search them brought up the number as on here confirming what I suspected . Will block the number now. A woman with a Liverpudlian accent phoned asking for me by name (which she couldn't pronounce properly!) and when I asked her what it was regarding, she wouldn't tell me until I confirmed who I was.
