Man with Asian accent said he was calling from Virgin Media about my internet connection. He said they were having some problems which are affecting my internet connection but the call then disconnected. I've been with Virgin for many years and they've never once phoned me when there's been problems in the past. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet connection and I'm convinced that this was a scam call so I'm rating as dangerous.

Scam mobile number. After i made a flight booking through OPODO i immediately get a txt message saying my credit card was declined and i was to answer YES to stop future declined. Unfortunately i did reply YES. So this could mean they will use my number for future scam attempts. I already checked my phone for any malware (avg scan). Anything else i should do? This number has tried phoning multiple times. I haven't picked up because why would I if I'm not expecting a call from London. No idea if it is dangerous or not but just tread carefully with it I guess.

Safe number, at least when I rang them back it was some kind of agency checking on housing associations and whether they were keeping up to date with repairs. When I said I had no problems the lady said she'd update the record and that was the end of the call.
Suspect it's Cognism or similar checking they have the correct mobile numbers for contacts they're selling. Ask for you by first name, then when you say it's you, they say a random surname and then claim they must have a wrong number.

This is a scam. Someone sent me a written message through WhatsApp. A message sent by "mistake" by a very good looking young lady (from the profile pic). Very sweet, kind person, always giving out compliments. Sent photos and videos of "herself". A week later, wants you to invest in an ETH mining pool. Fortunately, I woke up in time. BEWARE.
