I answered the phone to a confident sounding male who I knew was trying to sell something as he began with the usual "I hope I find you well this afternoon". He said our property was on their database as having old fashioned loft insulation. They call me to tell me I won a family holiday and they asked if I own my home and if I am between 30-60 years old, and then they asked if our annual income is over £30,000 and when I said no she said that I do not qualify.
