Fraud Pretended to be from O2 about our bill. Wanted to send email and one time code. Clearly not from O2 or Manchester - unless the Manchester accent has changed recently

This us a scammer. Wife just had this message. Our daughter is with her and our son is with me. The message is “Hey Mum, I broke my phone today, please message me on this number 447706598749 urgently x im texting of a friends phone.” Scam!!!

Said they were ringing about ´my’ life insurance policy. Scam.

Claims to be McAfee for an automatic £179.98 subscription renewal but I've never used McAfee, so it's a scam.

SCAM - pretending to be from Sky, hung up when I asked them to tell me which customer I actually was!

Same person who called one Aberdeen number (allegedly!) called me saying his name was "Nigel" from Carphone Warehouse. Asian accented and probable scam as when I asked him which branch of CPW, he immediately terminated the call. Criminal scam!

Fraud called telling me that somebody in the USA has just spent £600 on my debit card and to stop payment they needed my sort number for my account when I said I will contact my bank myself they hung up.

It's a scam number for a flight agent.

Looks like this is associated with the scammer on 02080720015 something to do with mobile phone scams. I got a call from them seconds after the call from this number.

Car accident scam

Keep getting calls from numbers which start with 01273901924 upto 1937, these are scam calls and they change the last two numbers all the time but its the same scammers and i just let the phone ring as i have a long list of scam calls and i can only block 50 on my phone.

Uber taxi driver that apparently moonlights as a food delivery driver too. Doesn't confirm the taxi job but says you don't turn up, costing you some of the fare. Just Google the number to see how much of a prat he is! Crybaby!

Scam call started swearing at me shocking people avoid

Scammer, claiming to be from Santander Fraud dept. Wanting me to authorise a payment of £1000. He hung up when I said he had proven he was a scammer.

Attempted scam involving dubious Visa payments, two detailed of £900 and £247. Press 2 to query them and the first thing they ask is for your name, in a heavy foreign accent. Just hang up.

Caller with an Asian accent said he was from o2 and I had been selected to have a 50% discount on my tariff. I have has these calls before and seemed to be an obvious scam, so I briefly went along… The caller said I would receive an email from o2 but first I would have to pass security and he would send me 2 links with questions. Told him he was a scammer and hung up. Reported call & number to the ICO

I have listed this as scam SCAM but I do answer unknown out of the blue calls. I believe that if the caller dosen't bother to leave a message, it can't be serious and is probably up to no good. As soon as the caller got the answerphone message they immediately killed the call.

SCAM - Claiming I ordered an iPhone 13 through Amazon, decided to play along. He requested that I put him on speaker phone so he could run through filling a form in. Asked for him to send it through email, he said I (as in myself) am not authorised for email, whatever that means. I queried again that I assume I will be notified through email, and for some reason continued to state I am not authorised. I can't believe the guy actually thought I would enter a random URL in to fill in a form, must be nuts!

Claimed to be from reputable finance institution with loud dance music playing in the background, wanted to make sure I got back money I had invested, some nonsense about block-chain, called him out as a fraud and he said the music was because it was Friday afternoon! Utter BS! He started talking nonsense and generally being cheeky so I asked him to remove my number from his database, advised he would, asked if the music was loud enough for me etc, told him call wasn't costing me anything, he hung up, CLOWN

someone calling from a moilbe phone company saying she could make your bill cheaper but when i said you have my details already after telling me she was from my mobile phone company she hung up , she is fishing be careful .

Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. SCAM : Loft insulation : If you can get to the call before they hang up? (as it normally only rings 3 or 4 times) presumably in the hope you'll call them back? This was supposedly a text about reschedualing a Royal Mail delivery It gave website link (https://delivery-reschedual-gb.com) that doesn't exist so obviously is masking the website it is actually sending to. SPAM SCAM Fraud

02476019903 Sounded like call centre. Woman with non-English accent said she was calling from Virgin Media about my slow broadband. I told her Virgin had already informed me they would be carrying out essential works on the network in my area which could interrupt my services (which they are).
