Call center Claimed to be from Curry's pc world asking what phone and contract I had. Asked him how he got my number as I don't give my number out to anyone apart from family and work and he immediately hung up. Be wary.

Fraud female voice keeps ringing back up to 5 times a day. Tell her you’ve rung the wrong number and she says NO and then starts asking lots of questions ie where do you work. Definitely fraud/scam number.

28 Nov. 2022 (17:33) a chap with Indian accent called me claiming to be from BT to say that my computer may have been compromised and that he could check that for me if I switched it on and he ran a quick check. Complete nonsense of course and an attempted scam. He said he was calling from London but the area code is Falkirk (Scotland).
I have no idea who could be from this number as I have had two calls from somewhere in France last week as well and I don't know anyone there either as I'm an OAP I can only assume that this is some kind of scam .I find it very worrying and am worried how they came across my number

Today, someone called my number and claimed that they needed to repair my house. When I told them that they were a scammer, they immediately disconnected. The person sounded like they were from India and struggled with English.

Automated message supposedly 'Bank Security' regarding two recent payments made by card....1 to Amazon for £300 and the 2nd an International payment of £1000+. The usual crap is then given re pressing 1 or 2 depending on how you want to proceed. Complete load of rubbish. I get regular calls from a variety of numbers all exactly the same. They want shooting! Bloody nuisance.
Called stating that two charges had been made on my credit card 1 to amazon for £300 pounds and another to a overseas number for £1500 and if I pressed 1 I could cancel the payments. Must be a scam, beware

When I managed to answer there was nothing to be heard from the caller's end so I assumed it was some dodgy scammer. SCAM Guy from tinder without verified photos. Pushed to move on to WhatsApp, then pushed to call, then pushed to Skype. Pushed to know my pictures were recent. Wouldn’t use any other kind of communication. Gave him my socials contacts and he called me controlling and a prick for not opening up a Skype account. Didn’t like it if I didn’t message back within 60 seconds! Not sure what was going on but felt very dodgy. I have blocked it. WhatsApp was also a business account.
