Woman called me by my Christian name. Said I had paid too much something. I did not listen any more and told her that I did not accept unsolicited calls and would she kindly ring off. I put the phone down and rang off.

Fraud - pre-recorded message claiming my NI number and bank account had been suspended and I was under investigation. I ended the call at that point, so don’t know how it would have continued. Have classified as dangerous as could cause worry and upset and I suspect would have gone on to request personal details or a call back/link to dodgy website

been involved in a car accident that wasn't your fault....

SCAM pretend to be B.T, saying noticed your Internet been fluctuating. Asks last time speed test was done and if you have access to laptop/computer, and will go through with you to fix Internet speed. They lock you out of your laptop/computer have access to all your Internet banking details, card payments made etc. If you don't bank online , they tell you unless you pay them money, they won't reverse the block on laptop/computer. Please be careful of these calls. Never ask for you by name

Add to blocked callers if you can. Personal Injury service for accident that allegedly happened in last 30 months - wrong on that score. When I told the overconfident numpty that my number was on TPS register and that I knew that my data had been purchased from UK Data House but he should be checking TPS before phoning me, the caller sarcastically asked if I wanted a medal. Seems to be used for some really wide-scope telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 118328xxxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with very sophisticated robocalls, sometimes classical RTA - ''you have been in a car accident'', sometimes Microsoft support - general computer support, in most cases unsolicited. Just got a call from this number on our landline, saying it was from 'Solutions' and then 'Solutions Marketing' (when I pushed the lady further for information). They had my wifes name, the 1st line of our address (at least) and said that they wanted to 'save us money on our broadband/telephone'.
