Recorded message saying the phone company had been trying to contact me about my account, where suspicious activity had been noted, and accordingly I would have my phone and broadband disconnected. Press 1 to speak to a supervisor. This call came minutes after another suspicious call from 08008815191 again supposedly from from the phone company, again wanting me to press1 if I was the person named (they knew my name) or press 2 if I was not the person named. 7/3/2018 Guy phoned from a company called DAG he had an English accent but was making enquiries about the cover on my washing machine ( which we had with D & G originally,but it has not been renewed for a few years. I never gave him any details, but he slipped up when he said Hotpoint washing machine. I said we have never owned a Hotpoint, he then immediately put the phone down.
