This number is used to scam people. They recorded messages intended to scare you in doing something you may regret. I was called from this number - 02034640874 on bank holiday Monday (UK). There was a recorded message which read "You were called by HMRC because there is a fraud registered against your name. Press 3 to continue. If you don't press 3 then you will be arrested immediately." This is a scam. HMRC would never call you to warn you of an impending arrest.

I ve had 2 calls from a person with an asian accent claiming to be from "national accident department" which is dodgy. He was "guessing" I had been involved in a car accident. I tried to quiz him knowing this was a scam of some sort. When I pressed him on the details of any accident,he bluffed as he knew I was asking too many questions. Before 1985 this was my home phone number, the dialing code is Nottingham and the 63 was my local BT exchange at the time, located in Hucknall. A lot of the BT lines were terminated as this was one of the first areas in Nottingham that had access to a cable service that at the time was provided by Diamond Cable (Who sold to NTL, who virgin bought and now operate nationally in the UK)
