SCAM 0141729 8573 After initial silence, caller said his name was John and he was my local energy adviser in my area. I asked where he had got my number from as mine was X-Directory and he shouldn’t have it. As I was asking him to delete it he kept forcibly talking over me. I hung him. Blocked his number with BT. Do not give anyone on this number any information.

Fraud. Scam. Indian man saying he was calling from Amazon. Thought my name was Daniel (it's not). He hung up quickly.
Called but didn t ring just had a miss call notification. My. Phone was in my hand so I know it didn t ring.
Do not give out any info. Very suspect! JUST HANG UP AND BLOCK.
Fraud - claimed to be VirginMedia technical services responding to error messages from my router, and getting me to input Windows commands. Fortunately I have an IT expert in my family to tell me that would be a bad idea!
