Automated scammers wanting your credit card number. They have lists of names and mobile phone numbers mainly form Orange (stolen??). They pretend to be be either of the following Lloyds, Barclays and Natwest then all refernce to the bank's name is dropped. The land line remains as 01132230180 It is a poor copy of Lloyds bank's automated answering system.

They keep ringing us up as my renewal is due soon. I am very disappointed with the AA.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 13723028xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, accident claims, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
