I never state my name and immediately ask who is calling, on who's behalf and where they got my details. The lady passed me on to her male colleague. Who said they got my details from the car traffic accident department. I question why they would send them any information. I also stated I have not given any permission to anyone to use my personal data or pass it on. Just received a phone call from this company, very rude and clearly a very unprofessional company. I spoke to a woman who was very rude and hung up on me. I called back to kindly ask them to remove my number and they already knew who I was before I spoke. She was very umprofessional and kept telling me it was a personal line and they were not a company and couldn t justify their reason for calling.
